01Acceptance of Terms

By accessing phfamous at phfamous.vu or using any of its services — including but not limited to registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or claiming a bonus — you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in full. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and phfamous.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the platform. Accessing the site constitutes your acknowledgement and acceptance, regardless of whether you complete registration.

02Eligibility

To register and play on phfamous, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. phfamous is strictly an adults-only platform. Players under 21 are prohibited from registering or using any part of the service.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where accessing online gaming platforms is not prohibited by local law.
• You must not be a person who has previously been excluded or suspended from phfamous or any related platform.
• You must be capable of entering into a legally binding contract under applicable law.

phfamous reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. If a player is found to be under 21, their account will be immediately suspended and any funds held will be dealt with in accordance with applicable policy.

03Account Registration & KYC

Each person is permitted to hold only one (1) phfamous account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. phfamous will conduct identity verification (KYC) as a condition of processing your first withdrawal. You will be required to submit a valid Philippine government-issued ID, such as a passport, driver's licence, UMID, or SSS ID.

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. Do not share your password or OTP with anyone.
• Any activity carried out under your account is your responsibility, whether or not you personally authorised it.
• Notify phfamous support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• phfamous staff will never ask for your full password via any channel.

04Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on phfamous are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). Deposits and withdrawals are processed through supported local Philippine payment channels, including bank transfers and e-wallets such as GCash and Maya.

• Deposits are credited to your account balance once confirmed by the payment provider.
• Withdrawals are subject to identity verification. Your first cashout will be held until KYC review is completed.
• Withdrawal requests must be sent to an account or e-wallet registered in your own name. Third-party transfers are not permitted.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply per channel. Current limits are displayed inside your account dashboard.
• phfamous does not accept cryptocurrency or credit cards as payment methods for deposits or withdrawals.
• If your account is flagged for review, phfamous reserves the right to delay processing until the review is complete.

05Bonuses and Promotions

phfamous may offer bonuses, cashback, or promotional rewards to players from time to time. All such offers are subject to specific terms that will be communicated at the time of the promotion. General rules that apply to all bonus offers include:

• Bonuses are only available to eligible registered players who meet the stated criteria.
• Wagering requirements apply to bonus funds. The specific requirements — including turnover amount, eligible games, and time limits — will be stated in the promotion details.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirements are fully met.
• phfamous reserves the right to cancel a bonus offer, modify its terms, or remove bonus funds from an account if it determines that abuse, fraud, or breach of these Terms has occurred.
• Only one bonus may be active per account at any given time, unless specifically stated otherwise.

06Gameplay Rules

phfamous hosts a range of gaming categories including slot games, live casino, sports betting, eBingo, and online poker. Each category and individual game may carry its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface or the relevant section of the platform.

• Bets placed and confirmed are final. Once a game round or bet has been accepted by the system, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
• In the event of a technical fault or system error during a game round, phfamous reserves the right to void that round and return the stake to the player's account.
• For sports betting, outcomes are determined by official results from the relevant governing body. phfamous reserves the right to suspend betting markets on any event at any time.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game and per event. These are displayed within the game or betting interface.
• Winnings are credited to your account balance immediately upon the conclusion of a confirmed game round or event settlement.

07Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on phfamous. Engaging in any of these may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or KYC.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated system to interact with the platform in a way that gives an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or loopholes to gain financial benefit. Any winnings obtained this way will be voided.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in poker or live table games.
• Engaging in money laundering or using phfamous to process funds derived from illegal activity.
• Attempting to reverse, chargeback, or dispute a legitimate deposit transaction.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing phfamous staff or other platform users.

08Account Suspension and Closure

phfamous reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any part of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Receipt of a chargeback from a payment provider linked to your account.
• Suspected multi-accounting or abuse of the bonus system.

If your account is closed due to a breach, phfamous reserves the right to withhold some or all of the account balance pending investigation. If no breach is confirmed, any remaining balance will be returned to you via your registered payment channel after deducting applicable processing fees.

You may also voluntarily close your account at any time by contacting phfamous support. Self-exclusion requests made through the Responsible Gaming tools will be processed separately and are designed to assist players who feel their gaming needs to be limited.

09Intellectual Property

All content on phfamous — including the brand name, logo, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, and design elements — is the property of phfamous or its licensed content partners. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment only.

• You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the phfamous platform without prior written consent.
• The phfamous name and logo may not be used in any commercial context without authorisation.
• Game software and content provided by third-party game studios remains the intellectual property of those studios and is licensed to phfamous for display on the platform.

10Limitation of Liability

phfamous provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we work to maintain consistent uptime and platform stability, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service at all times.

• phfamous is not liable for any loss of winnings, data, or opportunity resulting from technical outages, server downtime, or connectivity issues beyond our control.
• phfamous is not responsible for any loss arising from your use of the platform in a jurisdiction where doing so may conflict with local law.
• Our total liability to you in connection with any dispute is limited to the amount of funds held in your phfamous account at the time of the dispute.
• We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.

11Privacy and Data

phfamous collects and processes your personal data in order to operate your account, verify your identity, process transactions, and comply with applicable obligations. How we handle your data is described in detail in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

• Your data is stored securely and protected with SSL encryption.
• We do not sell your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.
